Biography
Sarah Traub is a graduate student at The University of Georgia's School of Social Work, where she is training, through a Health Resources Services Administration grant, to work with children and their families who use mental and behavioral health services. Sarah has always loved animals and became interested in animal assisted social work after taking a class with Dr. Trisha Reeves at UGA. She currently works at a child advocacy center, with children who have experienced trauma, and is exploring the idea of incorporating therapy dogs into the trauma therapy process.
